Paired with this blow out will be a **guidance raise to $500 Million for 2021**, which is 2/3 of DraftKings 2021 guidance of $750M.

What is striking when compared to $DKNG is that their advertising spend was only a quarter of revenue in Q3 while $DKNG spent 155% of their revenue. This will change as they begin to focus on growth, but it shows they are very good at getting return on ad spend. This company should actually be valued close to $DKNG based on growth potential once guidance is raised.

Their focus on attracting **female gamers** is also important to their long term growth potential. Now why would a company already valued at 2.8 Billion and with a comparative valuation of 8-10 Billion compared with $DKNG and $PENN be so heavily shorted at such a low market cap? My conclusion is that an institution with 10s of millions to throw at shorting this stock wants to take advantage of fear of share dilution from warrant calling or to establish a better entry prior to earnings.

I have been struggling on and off with gambling for 15 years and the amount of advertisements for gambling today compared to 5-10-15 years ago is astounding.
Consider the restrictions on cigarettes, and marijuana as well for example (Canada)...I have never seen an advertisement for either of those but I see on average 5x a day gambling being promoted somehow (facebook, tv ads, podcasts etc.)
What if we replaced gambling with cocaine advertisements? Lol yeah obviously not gonna fly, but the effect on the brain between the two is very very similar.
The accessibility to gambling has exploded as well, with online sportsbooks and casinos just a few clicks away at any hour of the day or night. So many people have wasted not only all of their money, but some their lives and the well being of their families as well. All for what?

So which of the mice you think will become addicted quicker? It’s mouse B. It’s widely found that an unpredictable reinforcement is more effective at getting the mouse to learn the target behavior.
At this point you probably start wondering how this is all tied to addiction in general and yes, that’s something to talk about too, but let’s stay with the basics for a moment longer.
You and I we’re the mouse in cage B, except our personal skinner box is more pretty (insert praise fort he art department here) and made for humans, but in regards of conditioning new behavior, learning and such our minds work remarkebly alike.

You ever wondered why the progress bar showing the progress to the third daily container in-game might be intentionably not to scale? Yes, it looks like it is three-times the distance to reach the third container, when it’s actually a lot more XP needed. (don’t have it installed, can’t check exact number)
